When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?
Response: When I am in a bad mood I tend to watch YouTube or play games to distract myself from my mood. When I'm feeling especially sad or angry it really helps to watch something funny or earnest to calm me down and remind me about all the nice things in my life I am grateful for. If Im in a situation where I cant or don't feel like watching YouTube or the like I tend to just talk to myself and logic my way out of my mood. This can help especially when I am angry because it lets me calmly process my emotions and think through how to be better about managing them.
Summary: Today in class we did some commonlit assignments.
Reflection: The commonlit assignments really opened my eyes to the positives of social interaction. Both articles made me really think about how much hanging out with my friends really improves my overall health.
